Refunds and exchanges policy


Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from reimbursement. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.


Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you if we approve or reject your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Does it take long to get my money back?

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the reimbursement is booked.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.


We will only replace products if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email to and send your product to: Valeovita d.o.o., Parmova ulica 53, 1000 Ljubljana.


If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will send you a gift voucher by post.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient sent the order to himself/herself to give it to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the recipient and he/she will be responsible for your return.

You will have to pay the shipping costs yourself to return the product. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take time for the replaced product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a parcel tracking service or purchasing parcel insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
